“My Heart Will Go On” è la famosissima canzone che fa da colonna sonora al film ‘Titanic‘ di James Cameron; composta appositamente per dare slancio al commerciale al film in uscita, divenne un successo internazionale raggiungendo la prima posizione in numerose classifiche. La canzone ha vinto un Oscar, un Golden Globe e quattro Grammy Awards. È una canzone emotivamente molto intensa e romantica, che parla dell’amore che resiste anche dopo la morte, e che dà la forza al cuore di continuare a battere, ad andare avanti.

Inizialmente né Cameron (il regista di ‘Titanic’) né Céline Dion erano troppo convinti di voler incidere questa canzone; Cameron pensava che un brano pop non fosse idoneo al suo film; a Cèline Dion non piaceva granché questa canzone. Ma poi il brano ha avuto moltissimo successo; ha contribuito significativamente alla carriera di Céline Dion ed è rimasta una delle sue canzoni più iconiche. My Heart Will Go On è stata anche inclusa nella lista ‘Songs of the Century’ (canzoni del secolo).
